
Program Benefits Administrator

This role involves working on global programs, projects, and operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the Associate Director in partnering with stakeholders to complete process documentation, testing, analyzing data sets, training, and full roll outs of new and/or existing programs.
Liaison with Finance in reviewing vendor budgets and managing invoice payment with Vendor Management. Review and approve HRIT items that come from the local market to ensure they comply with Global Total Rewards operations/processes.
- Support the global coordination of Compensation Service line projects and programs, ensuring alignment with Global Total Rewards strategy and philosophy.
- Track incidents, analyze root cause, and identify trends to improve processes and support teams in understanding Total Reward strategy/philosophy.
- Manage documentation operationally and client-facing to ensure up-to-date materials are conveyed.
- Provide training needs to stakeholders on best practices and look for ways to support teams in understanding Total Reward strategy/philosophy adhered to in operational practices.
- Ensure compliance with all plan documents and statutory requirements related to Compensation Plans and Programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in project management, vendor operations, and total rewards governance.
Strong knowledge of compensation plans, benefits administration, and talent management systems is also required.
