As a seasoned construction professional, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-end residential projects from start to finish. This involves managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in this role, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining site safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of high-end residential projects from start to finish
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain site safety and compliance at all times
  • Communication: Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Supervisor or Builder Licence & White Card; Trade qualified carpenter with high-end residential experience; Strong knowledge of building codes, standards & WHS;
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills; High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship;
