Job Title: Experienced Project LeadProject Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced project lead to manage and oversee the development of a landmark luxury coastal project. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for coordinating design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages.

You will drive program management, project planning, and reporting while supporting site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality. Additionally, you will liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to identify and resolve construction and design issues in real-time.

Maintaining strong commercial oversight, cost tracking, and contract management is crucial to your role. You will contribute to a collaborative, outcome-focused project culture by providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer role;
  • Proven track record on mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects;
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills;
  • High attention to detail, particularly with high-end architectural finishes;
  • Previous experience on projects above $100M+ highly regarded;
