Enterprise Risk Strategist

The Enterprise Risk Manager role is a high-stakes position that oversees the risk framework for an organization, ensuring its overall risk posture. This involves overseeing risk functions and processes across all entities, providing compliance support, and collaborating with business unit leaders to design, manage, and implement a layered approach to risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive risk assessment framework to identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Develop and maintain internal control reviews to test high-risk processes for adherence to procedures and compliance with regulations.
- Chair and coordinate the Risk Oversight Committee structure for each entity, ensuring effective risk governance.
- Support the Director of Information Technology in managing the company's Information Security program, including vendor risk assessments and business continuity planning.
- Oversee compliance calendar management, testing, and certification using compliance management tools.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to manage risk assessments, regulatory updates, and compliance testing procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external audit functions, including scheduling, managing, and preparing for regulatory examinations.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as strong analytical, research, and interpersonal abilities.
