Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large-scale, high-complexity projects
  • Preparing project plans and policies
  • Reviewing and approving development programs, feasibilities, and risk assessments
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to optimize results
  • Developing and implementing management systems and processes
  • Cultivating expertise in regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement

To excel, you must possess professional qualifications and a proven track record of delivering complex development projects. Strong technical skills and experience in team leadership are essential. Additionally, well-developed stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution, are necessary for success.
