The Opportunity - Full Time

You will take the lead in this business-critical role, optimising our Straight Through processing (STP) Technology and Digital Customer Experience to drive increased online revenues. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our digital sales platforms, funnels and user experience are at optimal levels.

You will build a pipeline of improvements including conversion, reporting, design, prioritisation, resourcing and processes.

This role requires a highly collaborative approach, with:

- A working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of what drives website performance
- Demonstrable interest in user experience and optimising the digital customer journey
