The Role
As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to bring on board a Head of Digital Experience to bring expertise and innovation to our Community & Customer Engagement team. You will be at the forefront of driving our digital strategy, leading the development and delivery of key transformation digital projects to enhance customer experiences. Leading execution across multiple platforms and managing key vendor relationships, you will collaborate across business units to ensure the digital experience reflects and enhances our promise to Tasmanians.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar position leading digital strategy, transformation programs, or digital product development, with a proven ability to align digital initiatives with organisational goals
Proven experience in user experience design, human-centred design, and digital service improvement, championing customer insights and analytics to shape the digital journey
Strong capability in overseeing complex digital projects and platforms, including delivering scalable digital solutions
Exceptional interpersonal skills and capabilities in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence across the breadth of internal and external parties.
A track record of introducing emerging technologies, digital trends or innovations that improve service delivery, member engagement or business efficiency
Understanding of digital strategy, privacy legislation, cyber security and governance frameworks with the ability to oversee compliance and ethical considerations
Proven ability lead and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
