**About Reece**

You probably know Reece as Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products.

But we are much more than that. We are a leading Australian distributor of trade products to residential, commercial and infrastructure customers. We're an ASX listed company with more than 800+ branches and 9,000 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the United States. And, we're searching for an experienced Digital Experience Leader to drive our digital capability at Reece.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will help to shape the most valuable, innovative and differentiated digital customer experiences across the Reece group. You will be customer obsessed - using human centred design, cutting edge technology, and customer research to meet the current and emerging needs of our customers, as we deliver seamless customer experiences at every touch point. Your responsibilities include:

- Help to create and evolve the role of digital channels within the Reece ecosystem, in line with our 2030 strategy
- Prioritise, design and build the roadmap for digital experiences at Reece across B2C, B2B and the employee network.
- Lead and coach a diverse team of customer marketing professionals, responsible for servicing paid and owned digital channels across ANZ
- Build strong relationships across the business, including our marketing and merchandising teams.

**About You**

You're an experience marketing leader who has:

- Created and delivered omni channel / digital eco system strategy and roadmaps within a large/complex business (ideally including some B2B experience)
- A proven history delivering amazing digital experiences, using multi channel campaigns, content strategy and creation, and social media
- Experience leading, coaching and growing a team to deliver great customer outcomes
- An ethos of authenticity, empathy, integrity and excellence
