We are seeking a seasoned Digital Products Lead to spearhead our digital strategy and drive customer experience for Reece in Australia and New Zealand.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a customer-centric leader to utilize human-centred design, technology, and customer research to meet the needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web digital products, preferably in a retail or service-based organization, and be well-versed in agile principles and methodologies.
- Develop and execute a website strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive website transformation projects.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision making to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Partner with agency partners and MarTech teams to develop audience strategies.
- Design and deliver seamless user experiences through collaboration with designers.
- Lead and develop a team of three in marketing and analysis.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record in web digital products, ideally in a retail or service-based organization.
- Experience in forming and growing content authoring/product management teams.
- Strong user experience design, prototyping/wireframing skills.
- Familiarity with agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business/Marketing.
As part of your induction, you will gain valuable insights into our operations by working in our branches and observing our staff and customers.
