Senior Web3 Product Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to optimize UX chains and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful experiences. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a sharp focus on user experience, meticulous attention to detail, and strong logical reasoning to enhance our product's overall user journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and refine user flows, solving pain points with logical, user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to uncover needs and drive UX improvements.
  • Lead feature design and process enhancements, ensuring polished, intuitive experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on UX initiatives.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on UX; financial (FinTech, payments) or Web3 (DeFi, wallets, NFTs) experience is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and logical problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for creating intuitive experiences.
  • Proficient in analytics and UX tools (e.g., Figma).
