**The Opportunity - Full Time**

Take the lead in a business critical role and be accountable for optimising our Straight Through processing (STP) Technology and Digital Customer Experience to drive increased online revenues. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our digital sales platforms, funnels and user experience is at optimal levels. You will build a pipeline of improvements including conversion, reporting, design, prioritisation, resourcing and processes.

You will be highly collaborative in approach, with:

- A working knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI
- An understanding of what drives website performance
- Demonstrable interest in user experience and optimising the digital customer journey
