About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Local Community Consultant. As a key member of our community team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.

As a Local Community Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels, including in-store, phone, and community outreach. You will possess a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and pivot quickly to ensure that our customers are always front of mind.
