Key Account Manager Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager Support Specialist to join our business support function, assisting our Key Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers, including accurate processing of vehicle orders and documentation.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries professionally via email, phone, and portals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory audits, service agreements, and internal standards.
