
Key Account Spirits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Spirits Specialist to drive awareness and engagement of a premium Australian award-winning spirits portfolio with their trade and retail partners.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of spirits and mixology, with a strong network of key retailers and on-premise groups who can influence stakeholders across bars, clubs, and retail outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase brand awareness and distribution across the entire portfolio.
- Lead the development and execution of the trade education and tasting program, events, and brand activations.
- Develop and deliver training resources to build internal and external stakeholder knowledge and capability.
- Form and maintain mutually beneficial trade relationships with new and existing on-premise and off-premise accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality/drinks industry.
- High-level knowledge and understanding of the drinks/cocktail industry is essential.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to successfully work autonomously, with a drive to succeed, strong communication skills, and able to work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Capacity to build strong lasting industry relationships.
This role would suit an experienced cocktail/spirits specialist who has a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
