Welcome to Domino's, where you can build a fulfilling career in customer service and pizza making. We are currently seeking a highly motivated School Based Trainee to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a School Based Trainee with Domino's, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, dealing with their concerns, and providing quality customer service.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in pizza making, including preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

As part of our delivery team, you will deliver pizzas and other products to customers using electric push bikes, providing a safe and efficient service. You will also wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a School Based Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers on the phone and in person
  • Deal with customer concerns
  • Upsell and promote our products
  • Process payments: cash and EFTPOS
  • Pizza making: prepare a variety of pizzas and other food items
  • Hygiene and food safety
  • General cleaning duties
  • Delivery responsibilities (using electric push bike): deliver pizzas and other products to customers
  • Provide quality customer service at the door
  • Deal with customer concerns
  • Ride safely at all times
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be physically fit and able to ride an electric push bike.
