Scheduling Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling Officer to join our team at Service Stream in Clayton South. The role involves contributing to the profitability and growth of our company by performing administrative duties to support our contracts, while adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Streams Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Work Allocation and Management: Ensure the smooth delivery of administrative duties including allocating, dispatching and redistributing work to field staff. This will also include making outbound calls to internal staff and external customers.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance with inbound calls and queries, ensuring all dealings with customers are professional and polite.
- Performance Management: Understand and manage all work to pre-determined KPI's set out by clients or internally.
- Liaison and Support: Liaise and provide support to field resources to ensure work requests are completed.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyse field resource productivity and performance, providing data entry as required.
- Administration: Manage and undertake the return of work daily or as required, perform associated data entry as needed.
- Daily Operations: Daily allocation of ad hoc requests including faults, appointments and miscellaneous jobs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure all interactions with customers are professional and polite.
- Billing and Invoicing: Undertake administration associated with billing and invoicing activities.
- System Efficiency: Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases.
- Team Support: Assist other members of the administration team where required.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment is essential.
- Skills: Competencies in MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Able to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential information.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Autonomy: The ability to work autonomously.
- Professional Approach: Positive, proactive professional approach and willingness to 'own the job' until completion.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and benefits.
