Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management of projects, with a specific focus on finance and rostering systems.

This will involve the coordination of RFP processes, evaluation of various systems, and driving the selection of a suitable solution for these areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in ERP systems, particularly in finance modules and/or rostering/time & attendance. They must be able to effectively communicate with external vendors, internal technical teams, finance personnel, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proven skills and expertise in project management, with an emphasis on finance, rostering, and time & attendance ERP systems.
  • Able to lead technical teams and work within strict timelines and budgets.
  • Experience in working from selection through to implementation is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week required in the office, which is situated in the eastern part of Melbourne's central business district.

The successful candidate can expect to receive salary sacrificing benefits, equating to approximately $16K annually, as well as the chance to work in a culture that prioritizes giving back to the community.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver projects within fixed timeframes and budgets.

Relevant industry certifications, such as Prince2 or PMBOK, may be advantageous but are not necessarily required.
