ERP Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP finance business analyst to join our team and drive the implementation of a new ERP system across operations.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
- They will be responsible for leading the creation of detailed business requirement documents, conducting gap analysis reporting, and facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights and confirm requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop strategies and implement solutions.
- Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation.
- Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program.
- Proven experience with ERP implementations and Netsuite.
- Strong process improvement, automation, and finance transformation experience.
- Background in finance and finance ERP projects.
