Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our enterprise resource planning system.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement process mapping before and after the ERP implementation, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • NetSuite Change Management
    • Assist teams in understanding the impact of the ERP migration on their processes and workflows.
    • Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and future processes defined in NetSuite to identify areas for improvement.
    • Define the impact of changes on associated tasks and processes using future processes.
  • Implementation of PMO Principles
    • Design and implement PMO standards and methods to ensure project management is professional, structured, and aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
    • Identify training needs for key users and others to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the new system.
    • Manage operational and human risks involved in the project, including risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
    • Analyze and follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
    • Stakeholder management - communicate with managers not directly in the NetSuite project team on organizational and system changes.
  • NetSuite Ongoing Project Coordination Tasks
    • Coordinate master data preparation and cleanup from old system to new customer vendor items COA employees and roles SoD check prices and discounts etc.
    • Review Business Requirements Document with onsite team and communicate comments to HQ.
    • Organize regular WMS specific meetings and workshops on site.
    • IT tasks supplier project meetings for all interfaces parcel companies label printing CRM DEASDV EDI Shopify D2C 3PL.
    • IT purchases scoping and buying hardware for WMS set up PCs scanners printers.
    • IT manages specific roles and rules with HQ PepsiCo creating generic user accounts for WH operators without email addresses managing firewall rules server access.
    • B2B portal build supplier project meetings to build new B2B site for direct sales and all pick up requests for cylinder returns integrating sales rep catalogues for ordering POS material.
    • Run weekly on-site project team meeting for updates Key Users assigned from each department team.
    • Weekly meetings with NetSuite central team to track action progress and issue resolution.
    • Specific meetings with NetSuite consultants with relevant site team members e.g. on promotions discounts Easy Scan.
    • Work with consultants on market specific forms in NetSuite item forms customer forms transaction forms PDF print formats sales order confirmations invoice layouts etc. and email notifications to customers vendors.
    • Test and validate in sandbox of market specific developments.
    • Validate and corrections of uploads of master data in production environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in NetSuite implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to follow strict onsite processes instructions and procedures.
  • Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
  • Knowledge of distribution and disposal of classified data documents devices change management and user adoption experience including training and e-learning design proficiency in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
  • Relevant Information Technology qualifications or experience.
