The Role Are you someone who knows construction workflows like the back of your hand and can make an ERP system sing (or at least behave)? We're on the hunt for an ERP & Systems Support Analyst who can bridge the gap between tech and trades.
This is a hands-on role for someone who gets how a residential build moves from sale through to handover and knows how to support the systems that keep it humming.

This is a hands-on role for someone who gets how a residential build moves from sale through to handover and knows how to support the systems that keep it humming.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – IT & Systems, you'll be responsible for ERP configuration, user support, change management, training, and much more.
You'll be the go-to for making systems work better for the business, and for the people using them.
What You'll Be Doing ERP system setup, configuration and maintenance (Business Craft preferred)Supporting end-users with ERP and business system queries Implementing system changes and managing change control Facilitating training sessions and onboarding new users Creating user guides and process documentation Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors Monitoring system performance and resolving issues Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (Business Craft highly regarded)Thorough understanding of residential construction workflows Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Structured problem-solving and documentation skills Experience That Helps Experience In The Construction Or Residential Building Industry (essential)3+ years in a systems support or ERP analyst role Familiarity with onboarding, access control and change management processes Work Setup This role is full-time, based in our Derrimut office.
Flexibility may be available once autonomy is demonstrated.
