ERP Quality Assurance Specialist
Description:We are seeking a skilled ERP Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and quality of our Workforce Management ERP initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar Workforce Management platforms and possess strong knowledge of test management tools, software development lifecycles, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a challenging project and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on functional and integration testing, as well as collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
You will develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WFM ERP modules, perform regression, integration, and UAT testing, and identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
As an ERP Quality Assurance Specialist, you will provide test progress updates, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders, support data migration, system interfaces, and end-to-end process validation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing testing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Test Analyst or QA Analyst, ideally within ERP and Workforce Management implementations.
- Hands-on experience with UKG (Kronos/Ultimate) or similar WFM ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools, such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in testing integrations between ERP, HR, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

About This Role:This is a full-time position requiring 2-3 months initial contract, followed by ongoing employment based on performance.
