Job Description:

This role is pivotal in the IM&T Digital Project Management Office, responsible for overseeing technology projects and Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and translate them into technology requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with business units regarding project deliveries and service levels.
  • Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of projects and SIPs.
