This role is pivotal in the IM&T Digital Project Management Office, responsible for overseeing technology projects and Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and translate them into technology requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations with business units regarding project deliveries and service levels.
- Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of projects and SIPs.
- Coordinate activities and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Support Project Managers with financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement within the team.
- Engage in demand management and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
