Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects.

As a full-time position, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar project coordinator or administrative support role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
