Role Overview

Junior Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist role at a leading digital agency in Barangaroo, Sydney Australia.

This position involves working with a talented team of creatives and developers to deliver highly effective and intelligent work.

The successful candidate will collaborate on projects to create engaging customer experiences across digital touchpoints and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, executing, and managing end-to-end CRO programs including A/B and multivariate testing, user journey analysis, and funnel optimisation.
  • Help lead and deliver CX improvement initiatives to ensure seamless and engaging customer experiences.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform actionable insights, including usability testing, surveys, heatmaps, and data analytics.
  • Create comprehensive reports and recommendations combining data storytelling with clear strategic direction.
  • Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor for all optimisation and experience-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver measurable improvements in KPIs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years in CRO, CX, or a related field with proven success in delivering optimisation programs.
  • Bachelor degree in psychology, data analytics, UX design, or digital marketing is highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools, testing platforms, and research platforms.
  • Skill in research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills.
