About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a senior digital professional to lead and execute projects & conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our Digital Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a solid understanding of digital marketing solutions and the production process.

This role will involve driving increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences. You will be responsible for creating an experimentation and optimisation roadmap within your team, including personalisation, A/B testing and behavioural economics.

You will project manage the execution of digital projects from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and responses to stakeholders ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives, business needs and priority, bringing these into your squad to deliver. Work with talented digital experts to develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives using a data-driven approach to measure and optimise campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Create an experimentation and optimisation roadmap within your team.
  • Project manage the execution of digital projects from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis.
  • Communicate progress, risks, issues, and responses to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, the production process and technologies that underpin these solutions.
  • Experience working with web developers, digital producers, visual designers and copywriters to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns through an agile framework.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, excellent at problem solving.
