Unlock Your Potential as a Digital Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital optimisation to drive business growth and improvement.

As a key member of our Digital Practice, you will work closely with the Acquisition & Growth Value Stream to support both the Acquisition and Onboarding squads. You will be responsible for developing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with value stream objectives and identifying opportunities for uplifting conversion rates across campaigns, public web, and authenticated platforms.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital optimisation with a focus on acquisition and onboarding;
  • Working knowledge of customer-centric design processes (UX/information architecture, etc.), AB testing (Adobe Target), and analytics;
  • Ability to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business;
  • Experience leading the delivery of small/medium-sized projects from requirements gathering, documentation, production release management, and ongoing optimisation;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and keep across a variety of activities.

Key Responsibilities:
