Residential Technical Expert

As a skilled Residential Technical Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions in the residential housing market.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of site plans, drainage plans, and related documentation, ensuring quality control and supporting skill development.
- Strong communication skills are essential for managing client interactions, attending site meetings, and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in volume housing.
- Experience in designing residential/low-rise structures, including timber, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and related designs.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass, Toolkit, Inducta (advantageous), RAPT (advantageous).
- A strong understanding of Australian standards and building codes, including AS2870, AS1684, AS1170, AS3600, AS4100, NCC.
