Residential Housing Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Housing team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will have experience in the residential housing market and be able to produce high-quality solutions for single-storey, double-storey, transportable, and pole-frame designs.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills, including proficiency in software such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass, Toolkit, Inducta, and RAPT. They will also be able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders and maintain proactive communication throughout the project.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions in the residential housing market.
    • Produce and review designs, including site plans, drainage plans, and related documentation.
    • Review engineering reports and documentation to ensure quality control and support skill development.
    • Manage client interactions, including setting agendas, capturing minutes, and monitoring feedback.

The successful candidate will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in volume housing.
  • Experience in designing residential/low-rise structures.
  • Experience with timber, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and related designs.
  • Proficiency in engineering software.
