This is an exciting chance for an experienced project professional to join a consultancy delivering complex capital works in high-performing environments.

The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of new construction, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades. They will work within a live campus environment, driving sustainability, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering high-quality outcomes across every phase of project delivery.

  • Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of new construction, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Sustainability Focus: Support electrification, energy efficiency, and broader sustainability goals.
  • Design & Construction Oversight: Manage feasibility, detailed design, procurement, and delivery phases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Procurement & Commercial Management: Oversee tenders, contracts, budgets, forecasting, and value management.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, risk registers, dashboards, and compliance reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote open communication and alignment between contractors, consultants, and institutional partners.

About You:

  • Proven end-to-end delivery experience across capital works projects in operational settings (education, health, cultural or government facilities preferred).
  • Skilled in managing complex refurbishments and infrastructure projects with minimal disruption to live environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with skills in budget control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Solutions-focused, adaptable, and able to navigate shifting priorities with ease.
  • Experience with sustainable construction practices and building services upgrades is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM) are highly regarded.
  • Sound understanding of building codes, safety standards, and compliance frameworks.
