About the Role

This exciting role will see you work closely with our innovative medical equipment and technologies, providing technical support, completing repairs, and managing customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support and complete repairs and preventative maintenance for Stryker-installed equipment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Field Service Engineer to meet KPIs and goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to operate small hand tools and perform troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Proven mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills.
  • A positive team attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Owning a vehicle and holding a valid driver's license; electrical license and tagging/testing experience are desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at AUD $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive access to a range of employee benefits, including health care, financial wellbeing, and insurance.

Location

This role is based in Australia and New Zealand, with travel required to various locations up to 70% of the time. You must be willing and able to travel regularly as part of this role.
