Packaging Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Equipment Technician to join our team at ArcTree. This role involves working on high-quality packaging machines and equipment, providing professional services to our clients across Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, service, and repair of packaging machines and equipment
  • Perform breakdown maintenance and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional support to clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified fitter and turner, mechanical technician, or electrical trade certification
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with vertical form fill and seal (VFFS), horizontal flow wrappers, cappers, shrink wrappers, carton machines, and can filling machines
  • High degree of initiative and willingness to travel as required
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience working autonomously at client facilities
