Project Engineer Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Earthworks Professional to contribute to the success of our long-term mining, civil, and road construction projects in the remote Northern Territory.

The ideal candidate will work on a FIFO roster and frequently operate in hot, dry, dusty, and humid environments. Our company prioritizes delivering quality and innovative solutions while ensuring timely completion, safety, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project resourcing and planning
  • Overseeing request for information submissions and contract administration
  • Producing financial and monthly reports to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Managing subcontractors and maintaining quality assurance processes

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with civil, bulk earthwork, water infrastructure, and/or road construction projects
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental measures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to work
