**Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor looking for a role with plenty of variety & opportunity to grow?**

**About the Opportunity**:
Roles are available in both the **Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Region** due to ongoing growth, working predominantly on roadworks and earthworks projects. The roles will see you have a variety of responsibilities, some including:

- Day-to-day supervision of people and resources including programming works, managing the program and controlling costs
- Management of site suppliers and subcontractors
- Lead a team of employees including sub-contractors, labour hire and permanent staff
- Carry out duties in line with WH&S standards.

**About You**:

- Broadly experienced across the civil construction industry
- Have a solid understanding of TMR specifications
- OHS White/Blue card
- Professional, ethical and technically reliable.
- Have an eye for potential risk and take preventative action
- Self-managed, well organised, and disciplined but not afraid to ask for help when needed.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety
- Ability to operate civil and earthmoving equipment
- Prior experience in a leading hand role (or similar)
