Senior Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in complex civil infrastructure projects, including bulk earthworks, haul roads, and civil pad designs.

The successful candidate will have the ability to model and design complex civil infrastructure projects, as well as lead teams of designers. They will also be responsible for delivering exceptional results and contribute to the development of our company's skills and experience.

Key Criteria:
  • 10+ years of experience working in 12D as a civil designer.
  • Leadership experience, including team management.
  • Strong understanding of modelling and design principles, particularly in brownfield works and concept design.
  • Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including roads, retaining walls, stormwater management, and wastewater treatment.
  • Bulk earthworks, haul roads, access roads, civil pad designs, dams, erosion and sediment control works, mine rehabilitation, and 3D Modelling experience essential.
  • Agile working environment with high volumes of projects delivered.
