Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated civil engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in bulk earthworks and be responsible for contributing to the delivery of challenging projects.

The role will involve working on a variety of projects, including earthworks, demolition, excavation, piling, retention, foundations and related works. Projects are typically valued between $2.5m and $25m, with potential to reach higher values.

Key responsibilities will include planning and scheduling construction activities, management of site project teams, quality assurance, cost and time management, preparation of management reports and resolving site issues.

Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a similar field, with 3-5+ years' experience on civil projects and bulk earthworks experience. Project management qualifications will be advantageous.

Applicants should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities and high-level organisation and time management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar

  • Project management qualifications will be advantageous
