AGS Civil, is a Family owned Civil Construction Company in South East Brisbane. We are a reputable contractor in Queensland's Civil Construction Industry.  ​

​We provide solutions in all aspects of civil construction including: industrial subdivisions, stormwater, sewer, road construction and re-rehabilitation, bulk earthworks and environmental remediation works.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director and Project Manger your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management and coordinatination of all staff and subcontractors on site

  • Provide Team Supervision and development

  • Daily Plant and Labour allocations across multiple sites
  • Sourcing Plant hire jobs when required
  • Complete daily paperwork and reporting requirements on time and with attention to detail
  • QA requirements and reporting
  • Manage WHS
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets
  • Strengthen and Develop client relationships to create leads to retain work won

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Civils, Roads and Bulk Earthworks
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service
  • Provide support to the Director and Project Manager by leading the civil teams
  • Experience in reporting and policy monitoring
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Construction white card and relevant machine tickets
  • Ability to multi task and think on your feet as well as outside the box
