B & L Civil, is a privately-owned Civil Engineering contractor based in Brisbane. We are a reputable contractor in Queensland's Civil Construction Industry. ​

​We are experts in all aspects of residential civil construction including: subdivisions, stormwater, sewer, water reticulation, road construction and re-rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, landscaping and environmental remediation works.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Manage and coordinate all staff and subcontractors on site
- Coordinate trades and labour
- Manage WHS
- Organise all materials required
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality and budget targets.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record in Subdivisions, Roads and Bulk Earthworks

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service

  • Provide support to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer by leading the civil workers

  • Experience in reporting and policy monitoring

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Construction white card and relevant tickets
