This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Support Coordinator with our organization. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to take control of their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients and families in accessing and coordinating services.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement supports outlined in NDIS plans.
- Help clients develop skills to coordinate support and engage in the community.
You will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, and we offer ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities to support your growth as a Support Coordinator.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A driver's licence.
- A Working with Children Check.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or related fields (desirable).
