Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You might encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment, build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities, or place clients into sustainable employment that leads to meaningful outcomes. You'll also ensure all activities are appropriately recorded, documented, and comply with relevant requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges
  • Is happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Can work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers
  • Holds a current Driver's Licence (no prior employment service experience necessary)
