**Job Description**We empower a vibrant community of over 190,000 alumni through lifelong connections and mutual benefits.The Alumni Relations and Engagement Team works to support alumni in achieving their goals and promoting active involvement with the University.We strive to make our alumni feel valued, enrich their lives, and help advance the University's mission, reputation, and legacy.As a key member of our multidisciplinary division, you will be responsible for data-informed planning and delivery of various outreach and engagement strategies that build affinity to the University.Strategies include targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings and events in Australia, abroad and virtually.You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to the University's alumni community, proactively engaging these stakeholders to identify tangible benefits for alumni. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data-driven approach to planning and delivery of outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with University operations and policies.
