Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Administrator to provide specialist claims services to members and Trustees of superannuation funds.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Administer claim files for Terminal Illness, Total and Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, and Permanent Incapacity Claims.
- Distribute and track mail as required.
- Ensure databases are complete and updated.
- Support assessors in setting up claims and files.
- Maintain file storage and adhere to privacy guidelines.
- Allocate claims and facilitate interview set-ups.
- Process payments within agreed limits.
- Prepare ad hoc reports.
- Foster relationships with clients, insurers, and external providers.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes and excellent service.
Requirements:
\- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience with multiple systems and data integrity.
- Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strong customer focus, quality assurance, and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
