Specialist Claims Professional

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to support our Specialty Claims portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claims in accordance with industry best practices.
- Utilizing technical skills to manage complex and challenging claims.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on large and complex losses.
- Proactively managing expenses through thoughtful expense management and claims best practices.
- Active participant in Quality Review Process.
- Assisting underwriters with policy review and participating in business development activities.
Requirements include solid direct claims experience, sound knowledge of key product lines and regulatory environment, up-to-date appreciation of technical requirements, and proven ability in identifying and analyzing problems. Excellent communication skills, report writing skills, and ability to develop and present ideas are also required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
