We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with physicians and other staff to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- Immunisations and other injections,
- Triage
- Wound management,
- Chronic disease management,
- ECGs
- Explain procedures to patients, providing them with support and reassurance.
You will work in an environment that values quality care for diverse patients. To be successful in this role, you must have current registration, excellent communication skills, experience working in an accredited General Practice environment, and a caring and collaborative approach to patient care.
RequirementsSkills:
- Ability to administer immunisations and injections,
- Triage and wound management skills,
- Knowledge of chronic disease management,
- Experience with ECGs,
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration,
- Diploma or degree in nursing or related field.
