We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in delivering high-quality, resident-centric care.
About the Role- Deliver safe and effective clinical care to residents, providing supervision and guidance to care staff to ensure a high standard of care at all times.
- Assess residents' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and manage medications and treatments.
- Undertake or supervise others to undertake clinical care for individual residents, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care and other clinical procedures as necessary.
- Liaise with residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body.
- Recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments and care plans.
