Senior Building Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned building consultant to join our team in multiple locations and at various levels of seniority.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to grow with our business and consider a move to Australia.

  • Provide expert building consultancy advice
  • Conduct technical due diligence and capital expenditure reporting
  • Perform reinstatement cost assessments
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Negotiate make good assessments and schedules of condition
  • Diagnose defects and prepare schedules of condition

We require:

  • A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • A thorough understanding of relevant building legislation
  • The ability to interpret financial reports
  • Familiarity with project delivery processes
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Involvement in key service lines including project management, contract administration, make goods, budget costings, defect diagnosis
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Ability to understand client objectives
