Building Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the maintenance and repair of building systems, encompassing HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other facilities management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the building operates efficiently and safely.
- Conduct hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing critical building infrastructure.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, relevant certifications or licenses in building engineering and facilities management, and experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Preventative Maintenance.
Requirements:- Experience in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills.
- Facility Management (FM) skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
