Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Building Expert to join our team. In this role, you will conduct professional assessments of damages and identify the cause for clients in the insurance industry.

Your key responsibilities will include visiting properties within your allocated region, calculating repair costs, compiling scopes of work, and collating relevant documents.

You will also prepare and submit assessment reports or quotes for insurers, educate customers on our claim management process, and manage their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 5 years of residential construction experience
  • Construction qualification or trade
  • Understanding of costings and assessment
  • WHS Induction Card
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously
