Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Group Central Cash Office Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, both internally and externally, while supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining a robust control framework across our CCO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearance reconciliation and ensuring accuracy
- Supporting the Group CCO Manager with daily responsibilities, including delegation and fulfillment of duties
- Preparing club banking and issuing and balancing floats, including keno, bars, and change bars
- Assisting with the preparation of ATMs and balancing at the end of the shift
- Providing advice and recommendations on process flows and reporting
- Balancing all club monies and monitoring and reviewing cash handling within the organization
- Recording all transactions and maintaining and coordinating the implementation of cash control procedures
- Identifying gaps in cash handling processes or procedures to mitigate risk
- Monitoring and reviewing accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Providing a physical presence across Mt.ies Group sites and traveling when required
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Micros POS, and Clubline accounting software
- Strong hands-on accounting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong numerical skills with high-level accuracy and self-directed work style
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and willingness to travel when required
- Possession of a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card
