Bingo Supervisor

Southside Bingo is the largest bingo operation in Southeast Queensland and we are looking for Bingo Supervisors to join our team

The Bingo Supervisor role will work in conjunction with the Bingo Manager and our other Supervisor to ensure smooth running of Southside Bingo.

With Southside Bingo being an entertainment venue, we seek to employ an enthusiastic, positive and proactive person with good attention to detail. We pride ourselves on great customer service and a fun environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Hosting our bingo sessions. This includes, set-up, selling tickets, paying winners, and finalizing the session including recording session details
- Calling sessions with a pleasant, clear, and articulate voice using a microphone
- Interacting positively and courteously with customers, club staff, and co-workers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rules and procedures, and compliance regulations and requirements
- Completing documentation and computer entries

**Essential Criteria**:
The ideal person will have a passion for working with our members and guests, have a ‘can do attitude’ and be able to use their initiative to solve problems.
- A bright and confident personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Clear, confident verbal communication skills; (the position will involve regular microphone use)
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Pride in your workplace and presentation
- Ability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and split shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Current RSA
- Experience leading small teams

**Desirable Skills**:

- Confidence with public speaking /announcements
- Some prior knowledge of Bingo activities.
- Experience Managing stock levels
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Cash handling and POS skills

**The applicant MUST be able to work days, nights, weekends and split shifts. Only applicants with open availabilities will be considered.**
