**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Mounties Health & Fitness are currently seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our close-knit team as a **Lead** **Learn to Swim Supervisor** on a **full-time basis**.

As the Lead Learn to Swim Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a thriving aquatics centre and programs effective.

More specifically, some duties will include but are not limited to:

- Be responsible for maximising the revenue potential of all aquatic services whilst maintaining and monitoring expenditure in order to increase bottom-line profit.
- Review, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures with respect to the successful aquatic operations.
- Explore new revenue streams which offer interest and diversity. New programs must be assessed for feasibility and approved prior to commencement.
- Instruct and coach as required.
- Ensure the premises are maintained in consistent manner with specific reference to standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain all membership data and data integrity.
- Ensure and maintain effective communications with parent/s, guardian/s and participant/s ensuring they are informed of conditions and development processes them or their child/children will undertake whilst participating in the aquatic activities.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety
- Teacher of competitve strokes (highly regarded)
- Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion (highly regarded)
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older)
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weekends and afternoons.
